What's in A Mopar® Air Cleaner Assembly?
The air cleaner assembly consists of an air filter and an air filter housing. It is usually found above or next to the carburetor or throttle body.
The housing is typically made from plastic or metal and has a removable lid to allow easy access to the filter. The air cleaner assembly itself can be made of paper, foam, cotton or oil bath.
